North Ridge Café & Coffee offers a variety of catering services to meet your needs. Clients are welcome to choose items from our regular café menu, but we encourage you to schedule an appointment to discuss your unique catering needs. About Our Cafe
I have worked in the foodservice industry for over 25 years and have done every job from dishwasher to Executive Chef. Like a lot of people in the industry, I had dreams of owning a restaurant one day. After a few years of casually looking for the right concept, one presented itself. The idea for North Ridge Café & Coffee immerged after talking to the owner of High Tech Salon and Spa in Verona. He had spaces for lease and a desire to have a coffee shop in his complex that would be available to his clients. I have always enjoyed great coffee and creating delicious culinary experiences. I have combined the two to create a fast-casual restaurant that you do not want to miss!
The food at North Ridge is made from scratch with every effort to use local ingredients. I have enjoyed gardening my entire life and know the importance and the rewards of using fresh products. I value the hard work that farmers have put into growing their livestock and vegetation and I do my best to honor their labor.

I grew up in a family that valued hard work. Both of my parents grew up on farms in the Shenandoah Valley. I have two siblings and we were expected to work in our family garden which always produced a bounty of vegetables. I preferred working inside processing, canning, and freezing the vegetables so I spent much of my time in the kitchen helping my mother.
Later in life, I continued my passion in the kitchen by cooking myself through six years of college. I worked in a busy casual dining restaurant and enjoyed using the kitchen as an escape from the stresses of the classroom. After I graduated, I worked in my field for a few years, then returned to the kitchen where I was fortunate to learn from some talented chefs. I used the skills that were taught to me to eventually work my way into an Executive Chef position.
