I graduated as a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon and have been an Executive Chef for over 20 years. I was the Executive Chef of my restaurant in Longview, Washington for 10 years before relocating to the East Coast.
My passion is to create the ultimate dining experience for our clients. My main focus is Fusion Cooking and Global Comfort Food with Southern Influence.
